What I dislike in art. I dislike one of the art movement - Op Art I do not like it for the following reasons: - does not have any concept - it has a superficial sense - the conception had no clue - the fields covered by ''optical effects'' makes my eyes bleary - it is a kind of art, that no makes emotion and thoughts for me at all - when the art should at least fine for hang on the wall; it completely is not For instance, I found one: Michaela Grove, V ictor Vasarely Homage 62 Poster, 2021 This print supposed to ''bring some life to your dorm'' (Grove, 2021). I had spent few days on puzzling ideas in my head. My brainstorm process filled the whole space on the Milanote page. And still, I had nothing to came up with. Ideas strongly repetitive the original Naive art's ideas. I had only a picture of simple landscapes, buildings or plants. However, it had not a particular clue and explanation why. After the last session with the storytelling exercise, I came to conclusion. The value is measured by the backstory. The intends and reasons. Emotional connection to the topic. It would not be art if I would not have any personal feelings. One thing I surely know is following the theme title: Primitivism. Enjoy a ride into the past. The theme can be interpreted in my way. Therefore, I chose the most convenient idea from my amazing ''five'' post.  It will be an illustration of the lyrics from the 60s.  I was not sure, whether this concept would be suitable for this theme. Let me tell you a story... Today, we have been focusing on the measure of the background story behind the art. I believe, that every piece of art telling the events making somebody cry or cheer. My story of (telling) my great desires It will be a story of the things that never happened in my life. However, I strongly believe that I keeping a connection with the past. You feel that you do not belong to the present. You are miserable, alone, have no one to share with your thoughts. The only desire is to come back to the place matching with your life ''flashbacks''.
